Project Homeless Connect (PHC) offers services to those experiencing homelessness in our offices and in the community daily, as well as bi-weekly events where homeless individuals and families are connected to a variety of essential services. We are a small, fun, and hard-working team that enjoys working together to help improve the lives of the people we serve.
