Project Homeless Connect will host a Bayview Health Connect in The Bayview district of San Francisco to bring our best-practice service event to our neighbors in need. At each PHC event, a person experiencing homelessness is able to receive assistance from many service providers, all under the same roof. Because of our one-stop-shop model, what often takes months to accomplish can be completed in one day. From mental health professionals to dental care and a new haircut, our goal is to ensure participants have all the tools necessary to rebuild what they have lost and move forward.
