Project Homeless Connect hosts monthly Optical Days to distribute free prescription glasses and glasses fitting services to eligible Medi-Cal recipients.
Come to our office between 9:30 AM and 1 PM to pick up the glasses from the prescription you dropped in April and at CDOS PHC78. We will not accept new prescription drops for May. Participants can drop their glasses prescriptions at PHC78 Community Day of Service at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium on May 10, 2023, from 10 AM to 3 PM.
