Provider Drop-In: Health Screenings & Voter Registration

On Wednesday, August 25, PHC will offer Drop-In Services in the auditorium at our office.

Community Health Resource Center and the San Francisco Department of Elections will join the service day. Glide’s Daily Meal Program will provide takeaway food bags for participants.

• Community Health Resource Center will offer health screenings, including
  • Blood glucose screenings to check for diabetes
  • Blood pressure checks to check for hypertension (high blood pressure)
  • Total cholesterol checks 
• The San Francisco Department of Elections will provide voter registration and voting information, including information about voting without a fixed address
• Glide’s Daily Meal Program will provide takeaway food bags. Bottles of water will also be available to all.
