Every Day Connect

Every Day Connect works directly with those seeking services, as well as with case managers and staff from other agencies, to make connections to services and resources on a daily basis.  We connect you to hard-to-access resources, services, and goods.  These resources can help you make a successful transition from homelessness to housing. Whether you are a case manager referring a client or an individual in need of services, we will work with you to meet your resource or service needs. We serve the most vulnerable San Franciscans by delivering services in the office and via phone.  Our intention is to streamline service delivery to close the gap between service and need.

We can help you find services including: vision, dental, general medical, mental health, addiction treatment and recovery services, harm reduction programs, self-help programs, food, clothing, computer access and classes, transportation, employment services, Medi-Cal, and other benefits.
