Every Day Connect works directly with those seeking services, as well as with case managers and staff from other agencies, to make connections to services and resources on a daily basis. We connect you to hard-to-access resources, services, and goods. These resources can help you make a successful transition from homelessness to housing. Whether you are a case manager referring a client or an individual in need of services, we will work with you to meet your resource or service needs. We serve the most vulnerable San Franciscans by delivering services in the office and via phone. Our intention is to streamline service delivery to close the gap between service and need.
Referrals & Information Assistance
Our Resource Specialists are ready to refer you to social, medical, and supportive services in San Francisco. We can help you find services including: vision, dental, general medical, mental health, addiction treatment and recovery services, harm reduction programs, self-help programs, food, clothing, computer access and classes, transportation, employment services, Medi-Cal, and other benefits.

Prescription and Reading Glasses
We provide this service at our Health and Vision events on the weekends and through our Vision Program (waiting list).
Our Denture Program is currently accepting applications for partial or full dentures. This program is made possible through partnerships with the University of the Pacific Dental School (UoP), the Native American Health Clinic and the University of California San Francisco (UCSF).
Housing Search Workshops
We provide information on how to prepare for housing and how to apply for low-income housing opportunities. We also offer support with completing housing applications.
We provide reduced-fee vouchers to obtain a California Identification Card at a cost of $8.
CA Lifeline Cell Phones
We can help you apply for a free LifeLine cell phone. Income verification is required in order to qualify for the program.
HandUp helps donors give money to people in need. Homeless and other low-income neighbors have the opportunity to create an online profile and work with our Resource Specialists to set fundraising goals. Common goals include rental assistance, dentures, medical care, clothing, food, and other basic needs. Find out more about HandUp.
We provide basic hygiene items and clean socks upon request. Limited to availability.
On the last Wednesday of every month we offer 10 free haircuts in partnership with Marinello’s Beauty School.
Clothing & Housing Items
We provide clothing and basic household items (limited to availability). If we do not have what you need we will refer you to a bigger clothing program.
